The breakfast spread was robust, with warm dishes, crepes, and made-to-order omelets-perfect for a power-up before exploring! The highlight of my trip was an lovely tour of Carthage that the customer service team organized. What a treat!
Unfortunately, the pool area was a letdown-despite being a key reason for choosing this hotel, my kids wouldn't even dip a toe in! The air conditioning was noisy and ineffective, and the check-in experience was longer than hoped.

Everything was perfect at this known hotel. The staff were nice, the room was spotlessly clean and carpeted with fruit, a bedroom, for instance. Our breakfast was delicious and extensive for the value. We greatly enjoyed the location in a great and decent setting, to reach the beach need a taxi.

The team helped us organize trips to a local museum and the historical site nearby. The service was solid, and the breakfast buffet had more light and variety, including freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes. The staff was friendly. A cool place for a group getaway!

Upon arrival, I encountered a lengthy check-in process, frustrating after a long journey. The air conditioning in my room was noisy and inadequate, preventing me from having a good night's sleep. I found the cleanliness of the room to be below expectations, with surfaces not properly maintained and items needing attention.

Cozy room, friendly staff, with the hotel being conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport and having a well-maintained seasonal outdoor pool that is ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.
